GAD International Office Interviewed Student Assistant
2019年6月5日及6日，数字技术学院国际办组织了新一届学生助理面试，参加面试的9名学生来自数字技术学院17级和18级各专业。国际办主任陈丽君和负责人刘硕从平面设计、文字整理、对国外的了解、活动组织等多个方面考察了学生的个人能力，就此进行了职能分工。最终6名同学通过了面试。
On June 5 and 6, 2019, GAD International Office held an interview for student assistants. Nine students were interviewed by Chen Lijun and Liu Shuo, who tested their abilities from various aspects such as graphic design, text editing, understanding of foreign countries, and activity organization, and then appointed their positions accordingly. Six students are recruited.

国际办学生助理应具备一定的活动组织能力、平面设计能力和文字整理能力，能够熟练掌握运用PS、AI、ID等平面设计软件；在校英语成绩突出，口语交流能力较强；做事认真仔细，富有责任心，对于专业活动有精益求精的态度，能够适应高强度的工作，能够积极主动的完成分配的任务。通过新一届的学生助理面试，成员们了解了国内外教学特色及差异，提高了专业能力、社会见识、自理能力及综合素质，还带动其他同学一起进步，形成了良好的学习氛围。国际办将一如既往拓展学习空间和渠道，为学生们服务，并欢迎有志提高自己的同学加入。
Student Assistants in International Office should have skills in organizing, graphic design and text editing, should master PS, AI, ID and other graphic design softwares, should be outstanding in English and especially oral communication skills. They should also have a strong sense of responsibility, keep improving in professional activities, be able to adapt to high-intensity work, and proactively complete assigned tasks. Through the interview, the assistants learned about the characteristics and differences of education at home and abroad, improved their professional ability, social knowledge, independence and comprehensive quality, and formed a good learning atmosphere as a pioneer. The International Office will explore more opportunities to serve the students. All students who want to improve themselves are welcomed to join the Office.
