On February 27th, GAD held an expanded meeting of Academic Committee to discuss international exchange and construction of high quality courses, professional proposals and graduation design exhibition.GAD Dean Lin Zijie, Academic Committee Director Xiao Yong, academic committee members and teaching administrative directors attended.

学术委员会主任肖勇教授分享了比利时国际工作坊交流情况，以工作坊跨专业、跨年级、跨院系融合的典型案例，探讨耿丹数字技术学院跨专业跨院系融合发展。明确推进开展各类学术活动，加强国际合作与交流。委员们总结了上学期数字技术学院精品课建设的成果，林子杰院长介绍了本学期精品课程建设方案及要求，探讨了本学期精品课题选题。随后各个专业负责人针对各专业问题进行汇报，对本学期毕业设计展览具体细则进行商讨。
Professor Xiao Yong shared the exchange of international workshops in Belgium, and discussed the cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental development in GAD with typical cases of cross-disciplinary, cross-grade and cross-departmental integration of workshops. GAD will carry out various types of academic activities and strengthen international cooperation and exchanges.The committee members summarized the achievements of GAD quality course construction last semester. Dean Lin Zijie introduced the scheme, requirements and topic selection of the quality course construction this semester. Then each programme director reported the problems and discuss the detailed rules of graduation design exhibition in this semester.

Professor Xiao Yong, asked all members and staff to study the content of the meeting, strengthen practical innovation, promote the development of emerging disciplines, and play a positive role in enhancing the ability and influence of international education. GAD Academic Committee gives full play to the members’ own academic influence and value. Under the guidance of the director and the members of the Academic Committee, GAD will develop in a coordinated way, laying a good foundation for the school to run with its own characteristics.
