Good day, I am honored to have the opportunity as Dean of the International Business School of Gengdan to extend my warm congratulations to all the members of the class of 2016 who are graduating here today. It is four years since you joined us in Gengdan, four years of fruitful study, dedication and application. You came to us as teenagers，you leave as young women and young men who are taking your place in the world of business. I particularly want to thank you for the way in which you have worked during this final semester. It was a very difficult time for everybody not just in our university or in Chinese universities, but in every university in the world. And the graduating class in every university had to meet the challenge of completing their dissertations and their internship practice without the usual presence and support on the campus. You all have done outstandingly well and your teachers who have been with you all of the way who have mentored and supported you are also due to our great gratitude and thanks. You have cooperated so well with us as we worked online to ensure that the standard of the graduation dissertation this year was as good if not better than in previous years. I commend you all. You go out into a change world but you're well equipped to be the masters of that change. There will be excellent opportunities as the economy recovers. Already China is leading the global economic recovery. And the prospects over the next five years are particularly strong. You will find rewarding and fulfilling careers, and you will have not just the excellent knowledge and skills of your qualification, but you will also have that special character and sense of community that you learn at Gengdan. It has been a privilege to work with you, it has been a privilege to know so many of you personally. It's been a privilege to write references and commendations for you for employers and foreign universities. You're an outstanding graduate group, I'm proud to have been involved. I thank the teachers and the program leaders who have done so much for you and I thank you for being such great students and some such great friends during your time with us. Every good wish, have a successful and happy life.
