GAD Invited the Chairman of the Lithuanian Graphic

Design Association to Give a Lecture

9月27日，耿丹国际设计学院视觉传达专业邀请立陶宛平面设计协会主席Gediminas Lasas及成员Jonas Liugaila和Algirdas Orantas来我校讲座。三位设计师隶属于国际设计委员会，他们在设计教育和产业方面有丰富的经验和突出的成就。其中Gediminas Lasas在平面设计领域有超过30年的工作经验，并且是立陶宛平面设计协会的创办者之一。视觉传达专业教师李钊与杨凯带领视传全体学生参加了此次交流活动。

On Sept 27，Gediminas Lasas, President of the Lithuanian graphic design association, Jonas Liugaila and Algirdas Orantas were invited by the visual communication programme of the GAD.Three designers belong to the International Design Council. They have rich experience and outstanding achievements in education and industry. Gediminas Lasas has over 30 years of experience in graphic design and is one of the founders of the Lithuanian graphic design association. Li Zhao and Yang kai led all the students to participate in this exchange activity.

Mr. Gediminas Lasas explained the development of design in Lithuania to students. Mr. Jonas Liugaila showed the process of design and his personal works, and Mr. Algirdas Orantas explained his project creation in the field of design packaging. In the interactive session, students asked questions actively. The guests gave detailed and excellent answers on the relationship between creativity and technology, and the differences between Chinese culture and western culture.
