实地调研 Field investigation

 

2018年12月28日，耿丹国际设计学院环境设计专业16级景观建筑工作室举办了“景观项目课题1”课程结课汇报及展览。

Students of year 3 from Landscape Architecture Studio reported and showcased their works of the course Landscape Project 1 with a “Landscape Project” show on 28th December 29, 2018.

本次课程选取了北京顺义区阅读园区场地改造项目，由李鸣老师和郑昌辉老师指导。11月16日，在老师的带领下学生们进行了第一次的场地勘测，并与甲方进行了初步沟通。12月10日与21日，学生分别在项目现场进行了第一次汇报和第二次意见沟通，并根据甲方的意见进行了修改与场地的局部细致勘测。项目实践的过程中，学生通过多次对场地进行深入调研与设计调整，在尽量满足甲方的需求下融入自己的设计创意。通过本次课程的学习，学生对如何与甲方沟通和面对真实项目应该如何跟进有了一定的了解。

Guided by Li Ming and Zheng Changhui, this course focused on the renovation project of the reading space of Shunyi, Beijing. Led by teachers, students conducted field survey and communicated with Part A for the first time on 16th, November. Then, students delivered on-site reports and exchanged opinions with Part A for the second time on 10th December and 21st December respectively, meanwhile, students adjusted on the design according to the opinion of Part A and conducted surveys on local areas of the space. During the process, students conducted field surveys in-depth and adapted their design schemes for several times,  incorporating their own creative ideas while trying to meet requirements of Part A. Through this course, students gained understanding on how to communicate with Part A and follow up to real projects.

课程汇报邀请了项目甲方代表张总、白羽博士和外考官郑昌辉教授与闫杰章先生进行评图，同学们主要以展板和模型进行设计讲解与展示。各位老师对学生们的设计成果及手工模型与设计排版给予了肯定,并提出了中肯的修改意见。同学们表示收获很大,并将根据老师们的意见继续深入改进设计内容。

While students reported and presented on their design with exhibition boards and models at the show, Mr. Zhang, director of Part A, Dr. Bai Yu, Zheng Changhui and Yan Jiezhang, the external examiners were invited to evaluate and comment on students’ works.  They gave affirmative opinion on the design results, handicraft models and layout of the designs, at the same time they also came up with suggestions on further promotion. Students expressed that they had achieved a lot through this project and would further improve on the design according to suggestions.
