GAD Students Attend Print Design Exhibition
近日，耿丹国际设计学院视觉传达设计16-1班汤静雯同学作品《茶》参展2018年“第二届全国版画与设计展”，指导老师杨凯。
Recently, Tea, a work from Yang Jingwen, who is a student from Visual Communication has been displayed in the Second National Print Design Exhibition. Yang Kai serves as the guidance teacher.
2018年“第二届全国版画与设计展”由陕西美术家协会、西安欧亚学院艾德艺术设计学院、西安当代美术馆共同主办，向全国收藏家、设计师、版画家、艺术院校教师、学生征集展览相关实物和作品，共收到作品2289件，投稿人数达782人。入选的100件作品于12月8日-12月23日在西安当代美术馆展出，展览同时举办“全新融合”学术研讨会、艺术讲座，以及多场公共教育活动。
Co-sponsored by Shaanxi Artists Association, EAAD Eurasia Art and Design College and Xi’an Contemporary Art Museum, the Second National Print Design Exhibition of 2018 have solicited 2,289 works from 782 contributors including collectors, designers, printmakers, teachers and students from art schools across the nation. The selected 100 works are to be exhibited at the Xi’an Contemporary Art Museum from December 8th to December 23rd. Along with the exhibition, seminars on “New Integration”, art lectures, and public educational activities will also be launched.
汤静雯同学的书籍设计作品以“茶”为主题，作品共有4本，讲解了茶的起源、发展和种类。每一本书都有惊喜之处，第1本书中有交互设计，第2本书里有一页空白页，读者可以写点自己喝茶的感受，第3本书附有茶包，当读者翻开时伴着阵阵茶香。第4本书由玫瑰、抹茶、菊花、大麦茶做的手工纸制作而成。
Based on the theme of “tea”, Tang Jingwen’s work is the design of a set of 4 books, explaining the origin, development and variety of tea. Each of the books has its unique feature: interactive design in the first book, a blank page in the second book which allows readers to write down the feeling of drinking tea, a tea bag in the third book giving aroma of tea, and handmade papers made of rose, matcha, chrysanthemum, and barley tea in the fourth book.
通过本次展览，提高了学生的创新和实践能力，积累了参赛经验，提升了专业影响力。国际设计学院丝网印刷工作室也将不断改进教学方法和模式，以学生为中心，培养学生的兴趣，使学生收获更多专业知识。
Through the exhibition, students improved their ability of innovation and practice, accumulated experience and gained more confidence. The Screen Printing Studio will work to optimize teaching methods with a focus on students so as to develop their interests and expertise.
耿丹国际设计学院位于北京顺义。开设有视传、环艺、产品、数媒、动画、戏美，国际艺术设计院校联盟会员。其中80%以上的教师曾海外学习，数专业开设国际双学位项目，已与国际百所大学交流并与42所大学建立合作。
