GAD Interview for ESA Workshop
11月21日，耿丹国际设计学院国际交流办公室组织了2019年寒假比利时工作坊学生面试，参加面试的学生来自17级视传国际班、16级环境设计专业、17级产品设计专业。国际办主任陈丽君、英语外教Nicola对参加面试的学生进行了英语口语和个人能力的考察，从专业学习、知识储备、出访动机、对国外的了解等多个方面进行了测试。最终10名同学顺利通过了参会面试。
On November 21, the International Exchange Office of Gengdan Academy of Design organized an interview for Belgian workshop students in winter vacation in 2019. The students who participated in the interview came from the 17-level visual biography international class, 16-level environmental design specialty and 17-level product design specialty. Chen Lijun, Director of the International Office, and Nicola, a foreign teacher of English, conducted an investigation of the students’ oral English and personal abilities, and tested them from the aspects of professional learning, knowledge reserve, motivation of visiting and understanding of foreign countries. Finally, 10 students passed the interview successfully.
本次工作坊邀请了来自中国、美国、德国、意大利、西班牙、波兰、比利时7个国家共8所院校的约125名师生共同参与，主题为“界限”，并分为内部边界、单词没有界限、性别视角、墙壁和声音、无国界的游戏5个子主题。学生与老师将被混编为25人一组的小组进行活动，工作坊将在校内及校外开展，并在结束时在布鲁塞尔Maison des Cultures de Saint-Gilles进行两周的展出。
About 125 teachers and students from 8 universities in 7 countries, including China, the United States, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland and Belgium, were invited to participate in the workshop. The theme was “boundaries”, which was divided into five sub-themes: internal boundaries, words without boundaries, gender perspective, walls and voices, and borderless games. Students and teachers will be mixed into groups of 25 people to carry out activities. Workshops will be held in and out of school, and at the end of the two-week exhibition in Maison des Cultures de Saint-Gilles, Brussels.
本次工作坊是继我院与比利时布鲁塞尔美术学院2017年“新丝绸之路”（中国）、2018年“新丝绸之路”（比利时）、“漫步北京”（中国）工作坊及今年两院签署合作协议后的又一次大型合作活动，目的致力于跨文化、跨学科间的交流，同时让各国师生相互了解，增进友谊，共同探讨当下设计领域的前沿问题，让学生从中不仅得到专业上的提升，同时在过程中深入交流与互动，增强对不同地域不同文化的认识，拓展学生的视野。 耿丹国际设计学院将一如既往拓展学习空间和渠道，通告未来更多的国际交流机会，并请有意向的同学们提前做好准备。
This workshop is another large-scale cooperative activity following the 2007 “New Silk Road” (China), 2018 “New Silk Road” (Belgium), the “Walking Beijing” (China) workshop between our institute and the Brussels Academy of Fine Arts of Belgium, and the signing of the cooperation agreement between the two institutes this year. Its purpose is to devote itself to intercultural and interdisciplinary exchanges. At the same time, let the teachers and students of all countries understand each other, enhance friendship, discuss the frontier issues in the field of design together, let students not only get professional promotion, but also in-depth exchanges and interaction in the process, enhance the understanding of different regions and cultures, expand students’ horizons.Gengdan Academy of Design will continue to expand learning space and channels, inform more international exchange opportunities in the future, and invite interested students to prepare in advance.
耿丹国际设计学院位于北京顺义。开设有视传、环艺、产品、数媒、动画、戏美，国际艺术设计院校联盟会员。其中80%以上的教师曾海外学习，数专业开设国际双学位项目，已与国际百所大学交流并与42所大学建立合作。
