GAD attended the Taiwan Workshop Result Conference 

 

 

3月29日，由台湾大叶大学主办、空间系主任林志峰总策划，西班牙、葡萄牙、荷兰著名建筑师主导，耿丹国际设计学院、东京ICS College of Art、台湾大叶大学110名师生共同参与的“城市越界”工作坊在台中市市民广场举办成果发布会，邀请台中市建设局局长陈大田、台中建筑师公会理事长苏茂彬、台湾大叶大学副校长叶释仁，以及三校师生出席此次盛会，现场吸引众多市民参与体验，气氛热烈而隆重。

On March 29, Lin Zhifeng, chairman of the Department of Space and sponsored by Taiwan Dayeh University, led by famous architects from Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands, and 110 teachers and students from GAD, Tokyo ICS College of Art and Taiwan Dayeh University jointly participated in the “City Crossing” Workshop, which was held in Taichung City Civil Square. Chen Datian, director of Taichung Construction Bureau, Su Maobin, President of Taichung Architects Association, Ye Shiren, Vice President of Taiwan Dayeh University, and teachers and students from the three universities attended the event, attracting a large number of citizens to participate in the experience. The atmosphere was warm and solemn.

台湾大叶大学副校长叶释仁和应邀主要领导嘉宾分别致辞祝贺。领导和嘉宾对大叶大学组织跨地域多校师生联合的创新教学方式、大学教育与市民生活的互动方式都给予高度肯定，对学生们的创作活力与热情给予高度赞赏，并希望大叶大学能把台湾更多的年轻设计师推向国际。大叶大学空间系主任林志峰对领导嘉宾及教师致谢，并表示将以此次工作坊为契机，开展更多的国际合作教育交流活动。

Ye Shiren, Vice President of Taiwan University of Dayeh, and invited leading guests made speeches respectively. Leaders and guests highly praised Dayeh University’s innovative teaching method of organizing cross-regional and multi-university teacher-student alliances, the interaction between university education and civic life, the creative vitality and enthusiasm of students, and hoped that Dayeh University could bring more young designers from Taiwan to the international arena. Lin Zhifeng, director of the Department of Space, Daye University, thanked the leading guests and teachers and said that he would take this workshop as an opportunity to carry out more international cooperation and educational exchanges.

此次工作坊共完成了7组空间装置作品，在市民广场以5米*5米的矩阵方式进行排列，通过身体尺度、行为流线、功能方式、民众参与意见等来体验人、作品、广场空间、城市文化等之间的关系，创作过程中融入了气味、噪音、生态、心理等多方面因素。学生们在个人创意设计与公共城市生活的关系方面感受颇深，在融入跨地域文化及协同创新创作方面有了突破性的认识。

The workshop completed seven groups of space installation works, arranged in a matrix of 5 meters*5 meters in the public square, experiencing the relationship among people, works, square space and urban culture through body scale, behavior streamline, function mode, public participation, etc., and integrating odor, noise, ecology, psychology and other factors into the creation process. Students feel deeply about the relationship between personal creative design and public urban life, and have a breakthrough in integrating cross-regional culture and Collaborative Creative creation.

成果发布会现场多国设计师、教授们集体评图点评，对同学们在有限时间里取得的成绩给予了高度评价，对作品提出了宝贵意见与建议，并为同学们颁发了活动证书，让每位同学收获良多。

The multi-national designers and professors commented on the collective drawings at the conference site, highly appraised the students’ achievements in a limited time, put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the works, and issued activity certificates for the students, so that each student gained a lot.

此次工作坊在台湾大叶大学的精心准备与策划下，在教育教学、文化交流、服务社会等方面都取得了丰硕的成果。这是继2018年两校在bat365官网登录入口联合工作坊之后的又一次联合教学，接下来在盛夏6月两校将在台湾组织2019届毕业设计联展。

Under the careful preparation and planning of Taiwan Dayeh University, the workshop has achieved fruitful results in education, teaching, cultural exchanges and serving the society. This is another joint teaching after the joint workshop of Gengdan Insititute of Beijing University of Technology in 2018. Next, in midsummer of June, the two universities will organize the joint exhibition of graduation design in Taiwan.

耿丹国际设计学院位于北京顺义。开设有视传、环艺、产品、数媒、动画、戏美，国际艺术设计院校联盟会员。其中80%以上的教师曾海外学习，数专业开设国际双学位项目，已与国际百所大学交流并与42所大学建立合作。
