耿丹国际设计学院与陈敏正人物造型工作室洽谈合作

GAD and Chenminzheng Character studio establish cooperation

2018年11月29日下午，耿丹国际设计学院戏剧影视美术设计专业宗珉玄、王晓欢、杨捷茹三位老师带领17级人物造型学生参观了陈敏正老师的瀚正影视造型化妆工作室，并洽谈校企合作。

On November 29, 2018, Zong Minxuan, Wang Xiaohuan and Yang Jieru, teachers of Theatre and Film Art Design of GAD, together with the 17 character modeling students visited Chenminzheng Character studio and discussed school-enterprise cooperation.

参观工作室 Visit the studio

陈敏正老师是国内一级影视服装造型设计师，参与的作品多次获得国内最顶级影视造型奖项。其中，电影《影》荣获第55届金马奖最佳人物造型设计。2008第29届北京奥林匹克运动会开幕式首席造型设计，2011年中国电视剧产业二十年突出贡献人物”，代表作品有《辛亥革命》《雪花与秘扇》《苍穹之昴》《甄嬛传》等。

Mr. Chen Minzheng is a first-class fashion designer in China. His works have won many top awards in China. The film “Shadow” won the 55th Golden Horse Award for Best Character Design. He was the chief character designer for the opening ceremony of the 29th Beijing Olympic Games in 2008. He was awarded prominent contributors to China’s TV drama industry in the past 20 years in 2011. His representative works include Xin Hai Ge Ming, Snow Flowers and Secret Fans, The Firmament Of The Pleiades, and Empresses in the Palace.

陈老师带领师生参观了工作室的多项作品，从设计到制作以及部门分工进行了详细的讲解。陈老师讲述了自己多年的创作历程。电影《影》中，他将中国传统元素融入到人物角色当中，展现中国传统水墨的魅力，向全世界展现东方特有的气质和文化现象。陈老师还巧妙的运用书法元素到人物中。他与团队做了几千张的水拓画，使用了特殊染料。用实际行动不断接受挑战，创作新的作品。陈老师建议同学们在学习中多观察思考，不断的提升自我的创造力以及想象力空间。

The teachers and students of GAD visited a number of works in the studio, and Mr. Chen gave an introduction of design and production work in detail. In the movie Shadow, he integrates Chinese traditional elements into the characters, shows the charm of Chinese traditional ink and wash, and displays the unique Oriental temperament and cultural phenomena to the whole world. He also skillfully uses calligraphic elements to the characters. He and his team made thousands of water rubbings using special dyes. Mr. Chen suggested that students should observe and think more in learning, and improve their creativity and imagination.

双方展开了合作交流，希望建立校企合作人才培养模式。陈老师询问了专业课程的设置与人才培养模式，提议设置更多的实际操作能力的课程，给学生提供更多实习锻炼的机会。

GAD and Chenminzheng Character studio discussed the future cooperation and exchanges, hoping to establish a school-enterprise cooperation training model. Mr. Chen inquired about the setting of professional courses and the talent training mode, and suggested that more practical courses should be set up to provide more opportunities for students to practice.

耿丹国际设计学院位于北京顺义。开设有视传、环艺、产品、数媒、动画、戏美，国际艺术设计院校联盟会员。其中80%以上的教师曾海外学习，数专业开设国际双学位项目，已与国际百所大学交流并与42所大学建立合作。
