Bionic Design Show of GAD
2018年12月18日, 耿丹国际设计学院产品设计专业在首饰楼举办“产品仿生设计”课程展览和总结汇报。
Department of Product Design staged a show of Bionic Design in the jewelry building on 18th December 2018. Students made course reports on the show.
第一阶段材料试验样品 Samples of material experiment in the first stage
本次展览作品以“无形有迹”为主题，由时晓明老师指导，展览包括产品17-1班22名学生的仿生设计课程两个阶段的作品：第一阶段材料实验样品、第二阶段设计作品模型、设计过程记录册、作品展板。展览持续到12月29日。
Works from the show are based on the theme of “Invisible and Traceable.”Directed by Shi Xiaoming, the show exhibited works from 22 students of Class 17-1 in two stages: material experimental samples in the first stage, and models of design works, design records, exhibition boards in the second stage. The show lasts until 29th December.
第二阶段学生设计方案 Design schemes of the second stage
“产品仿生设计”课程是产品设计专业第三学期的专业核心课程。课该课程讲授仿生学在设计中的应用。是以仿生学为基础，通过研究自然界生物系统的优异形态、功能、色彩、结构等特征，并有选择性的在产品设计过程中应用这些原理和特征进行设计。
As a core course of Product Design, Product Bionic Design is mainly about the application of Bionics in Design. Based on bionics, it studies the characteristics, functions, colors, structures and other characteristics of natural biological systems, and selectively applies these principles and features in the product design process. Through this course, students will be able to use the way of thinking that combines art and science in product design.
学生作品模型 Models of works from students
22名学生中，有研究生物变色原理的，有探索仪式感如何通过自然记忆方式保留，也有研究如何降低资源浪费和海洋污染的等等，同学们用独特的想法去阐释他们对所生存的世界的理解。
Among the 22 students, some of them studies the principle of bio-chromism; some explores on how the sense of ceremony lasts by a natural way of memorizing; some research on how to reduce the waste of resources and marine pollution, etc. Students use unique ideas to explain their understandings on our planet.
学生展览汇报交流 Reports and communication at the exhibition site
通过这6周的学习，学生掌握了仿生设计的基本概念和方法，学会从不同领域考虑设计问题，了解如何从材料和自然对象入手进行创作，并具备独立分析与表达设计项目的能力。
Through this 6-week study, students mastered the basic concepts and methods of bionic design, learned how to consider design issues from different fields and create on the basis of materials and natural objects. In addition, they have acquired the ability to analyze and elaborate on design projects independently.

耿丹国际设计学院位于北京顺义。开设有视传、环艺、产品、数媒、动画、戏美，国际艺术设计院校联盟会员。其中80%以上的教师曾海外学习，数专业开设国际双学位项目，已与国际百所大学交流并与42所大学建立合作。
