Teachers and Students of Gengdan Academy of Design visited an exhibition at Tsinghua University

2018年11月16日，耿丹国际设计学院2015级艺术实验工作室“艺术实验与创作”课程学生在高联国老师的带领下赴清华大学艺术博物馆观看展览。 On November 16, 2018, students of Art Experiment and Creation Course in Grade 2015 Art Laboratory of Gengdan Academy of Design, led by Gao Liangguo, went to the Art Museum of Tsinghua University to watch the exhibition.

展览“西方绘画500年”精选了大概60幅来自东京富士美术馆的西方艺术经典藏品。展览以时间为叙事主线，流派为发展形态，展现了西方艺术发展历程，从文艺复兴，巴洛克与洛可可、写实主义与古典主义，到新古典主义与浪漫主义，现实主义、印象主义与后印象主义，一直到后来的现代主义与后现代主义潮流，由此勾勒出一幅16至20世纪西方艺术500年的历史画卷。曾经耳熟能详的梵高、莫奈等世界名画的世界著名画家的作品真正出现在同学们的面前。
The exhibition “500 Years of Western Painting” featured about 60 classic collections of Western art from the Fuji Museum of Art in Tokyo. The exhibition takes time as the main narrative line and schools as the development form, showing the development process of Western art, from Renaissance, Baroque and Rococo, realism and classicism, to neoclassicism and Romanticism, realism, Impressionism and post-impressionism, to later modernism and post-modernism. The trend, thus outlines a historical picture of the western art of the 16th to 20th centuries for 500 years. The works of world famous painters such as Van Gogh and Monet, who were once familiar with them, really appeared in front of their classmates.

“艺术实验与创作”课程是一门创作课程,旨在引导学生学会将生活体验及创意感受提炼并探究转化，熟悉各种媒介材料性能与特点的同时进行富有突破性意义的材料艺术实验，能够进行艺术创意题材的选择与确定，掌握从自然物象到艺术语言的提炼，进行艺术创作综合表现方法。
“Art Experiment and Creation” course is a creative course. It aims to guide students to learn how to refine and transform their life experience and creative feelings, to familiarize themselves with the performance and characteristics of various media materials, and to carry out breakthrough material art experiments, so as to select and determine the subject matter of artistic creativity and to master natural objects. As to the refinement of artistic language, it carries on the comprehensive expression method of artistic creation.

通过此次参观，同学们对不同画派的作品有了更深的了解，为正在进行的毕业设计奠定了坚实的基础。
Through this visit, students have a deeper understanding of the works of different schools of painting and laid a solid foundation for the graduation design being carried out.
