2018年12月27日，耿丹国际设计学院视觉传达18级同学在夏岩枫老师的带领下进行“什么是设计”课程展览。
Guided by Xia Yanfeng, students of Visual Communication in academic year 2018 staged a course show on “What is design” on 27th December, 2018.

“什么是设计”课程中夏岩枫老师帮助同学们清晰地了解了设计的整个过程，对设计核心等知识做了全面讲解，使同学们的专业学习能力有极大地提升。课程中，夏老师通过职业虚拟分配的方式让同学们提出自己职业未来的假想与设计，并通过调研草图等方式学习，最终进行展览。
Xia Yanfeng, the teacher for the course What Is Design, helped students to get a clear understanding on the whole process and core concepts of design so as to lay a foundation for students’ development of design abilities. During the study, the teacher distributed virtual career positions to students and instructed them to design on that position through steps from research, sketches to final exhibition.
学生作品 Student’s works
本次展览共展出18级视觉传达2班同学们的20幅作品，作品本身除了个人思想的表达和审美认知，更多地展现了同学们本身所分配的职业对未来的设计。展览卷轴包括草图，线稿，最终效果图等，充分体现了同学们的设计能力和老师的教学水平。
A total of 20 works from students in class 2 of year 1 students are exhibited at this show. Works not only convey personal ideas and aesthetic cognition of students, but also display their thinking and aspiration for the future careers. Sketches, graphs and renderings are exhibited at the show, which demonstrate the design capabilities of students and the teaching results of the teachers.

本次展览不仅给学生们一个自我展示的机会，而且激发了学生的创作激情，提高了学生对艺术的审美和表现力。
As an opportunity for students to present themselves, the show greatly ignited their enthusiasm for art creation and improves their aesthetic and expressive capabilities.
