GAD Staff Gala Dinner
12月14日，耿丹国际设计学院在蜗牛餐厅期末聚餐，商学院Paul院长、人文学院李洁院长、工学院王家松院长、国际交流中心田野主任、国际设计学院林子杰院长、学术委员会肖勇主任、外教Hanny、Nicola、Juan Albert老师和全体设计学院教师参加了本次活动。
As the semester drawing to an end, GAD held a gala dinner at the Food Station on 14th December. Attendants including Paul, dean of International Business School, Li Jie, dean of the School of Humanities, Wang Jiasong, dean of the School of Engineering, Tian Ye, director of International Communication Center, Lin Zijie, dean of GAD, Xiao Yong, director of the Academic Board, foreign teachers including Hanny, Nicola, Juan Albert, and staff of GAD.
林子杰院长致欢迎辞并发表讲话，总结了本学期国际设计学院的整体工作和取得的成绩，对老师们的辛勤工作给予了肯定和感谢。聚餐活动中，所有食材均为老师们亲手加工。设备管理老师负责采买，学工办和教学办老师担任组长组织协调，大家分工明确，合面、洗菜、切肉、拌馅、擀面、包饺子、拌沙拉、煎牛排等各个程序井然有序。为了活跃聚餐氛围，声乐专业出身的卞伟诚老师为大家演唱了歌曲。多位外教也参加了本次活动，有的老师是第一次尝试包饺子。
Lin Zijie, dean of GAD delivered remarks to express warm welcome to the guests, summarize the achievements in this semester and extended gratitude to the industrious staff of GAD. Food at the dinner was all prepared by the staff. The dinner went in full swing with a clear distribution of labor: staff members from Equipment Management Office were responsible for ingredients purchasing, teachers from Students Affairs Office and Teaching Management Office were in charge of liaison and coordination. There were also teams for making dumplings, preparing vegetable, salad, fried beef steaks etc. To live up the atmosphere, Bian Weicheng, a teacher majored in Vocal Music, improvised a song at the gala. Foreign teachers’ attendance added to the happy atmosphere of this gala — some of them learnt to make dumplings for the first time.

老师们沟通互动、增进感情、回顾过去、展望未来。席间氛围浓厚、觥筹交错，祝词不绝于耳，整个活动在欢快的气氛中圆满结束。
The dinner not only served as a great occasion for members to increase communication and cement bonds, but also provided great opportunities for them to reflect on the past and look into the future. It came to an end amongst joyous atmosphere.
耿丹国际设计学院位于北京顺义。开设有视传、环艺、产品、数媒、动画、戏美，国际艺术设计院校联盟会员。其中80%以上的教师曾海外学习，数专业开设国际双学位项目，已与国际百所大学交流并与42所大学建立合作。
